ok... maybe a bit dramatic, but I'm working on solving many of the things in my life that are "not right" currently... one of those is working on my weight through weight watchers, but my mental health has been very shaky lately too. So, i'm going back in to get back on some medication, and I contacted my counselor to set up a time to talk to her. I just need to get a little bit of a routine, structure, around me and I'll be ok with these steps...
so, this week in WW, my goals are:
- Track all 5 days until my next meeting (1/5 so far)
- Attend the wednesday meeting
- Get help if I need it
