I was weak today... I started my period, complete with cramps and chocolate cravings... so I gave in. I had some extra points left over, so it should be ok, but I just dont' feel good today. I also had no vegetables/fruits and not enough water... maybe some routine (as much as I don't want to go back to work tomorrow) will be good for me. Water, fruit/veggies and some activity for me tomorrow.
