As we were putting away the Christmas decor tonight, I was feeling very tempted by the Christmas candy that's left over... so much good stuff that is now very costly for me to enjoy. I had a few more pieces than I intended, but then I put it away... that's the good news. I had two meals out in a row and I'm still doing pretty well with the program. And I got 3 points today just walking around town and doing housework. So, goal check for the week... this keeps me honest!
Goals recap:
- lose weight - will find out at end of week
- eat at least 1 serving of fruit - had 1 apple today
- drink 5 glasses of water - had 4...
- drink 1 glass of milk per day - done!
- activity points at least 3 days - 2/3 days so far
