- lose weight - will find out at end of week
- eat at least 1 serving of fruit/veggies - had 1 today (broccoli and carrots at dinner)
- drink 5 glasses of water - done!
- drink 1 glass of milk per day - not today... away from the house too long
- activity points at least 3 days - 1/3 so far
47/49 weekly points remaining... but again, that will probably go down tonight.
