Points Plus

So, I just got back from Weight Watchers.  I'm excited to start over with a new program!  It feels like I'm not just starting the same old thing over again with the same old results.  I like the idea of fruits being free... maybe I'll find one or two that I like more now!  I also like that I have to recalculate everything.  that will help me really get into it and begin with a bang.  I can't believe how much I weighed... I won't post it here, but it was almost shocking to see when I weighed in.  WOW... how did I get to this point?  by not caring how I got to this point.  Well, I am going to spend less energy on my job and more on myself now.  I can no longer ignore what I've done to myself.  Here are my goals for this week in WW.
  1. I'd like to lose some weight this week... anything works for me as I figure out this new plan.
  2. I'd like to eat at least ONE serving of fruits or veggies per day.  That doesn't seem like a lot, but it's a lot for me.
  3. I'd like to drink at least 5 glasses of water each day.
  4. I'd like to have at least one glass of milk each day.
  5. I'd like to earn activity points on at least 3 of the next 7 days.
Let's see where this goes!
