- I'd like to lose some weight this week... anything works for me as I figure out this new plan.
- I'd like to eat at least ONE serving of fruits or veggies per day. That doesn't seem like a lot, but it's a lot for me.
- I'd like to drink at least 5 glasses of water each day.
- I'd like to have at least one glass of milk each day.
- I'd like to earn activity points on at least 3 of the next 7 days.

Points Plus
So, I just got back from Weight Watchers. I'm excited to start over with a new program! It feels like I'm not just starting the same old thing over again with the same old results. I like the idea of fruits being free... maybe I'll find one or two that I like more now! I also like that I have to recalculate everything. that will help me really get into it and begin with a bang. I can't believe how much I weighed... I won't post it here, but it was almost shocking to see when I weighed in. WOW... how did I get to this point? by not caring how I got to this point. Well, I am going to spend less energy on my job and more on myself now. I can no longer ignore what I've done to myself. Here are my goals for this week in WW.
