So it begins... again...

Yea, I've been down this road before.  But it has to be better this time.  Why?

• I weigh more than I ever have in my life
• I can't wear my beautiful wedding rings now ... and my 10 year anniversary is coming up soon.
• I just bought a pair of jeans in the last size available in "regular" women's clothing... before bumping up to "women's" sizes.  I WILL NOT BUY CLOTHING THAT BEGINS WITH A 2!!!
• I just saw pictures of myself from Christmas... I cannot believe that I look like that.

So, it begins again.  I am going to start the new and improved weight watchers on Wednesday, before the rush of new year's people start.  I know I can be healthy, with a little bit of work...
