Purging... and learning anew.

It was exhilarating tonight to recycle all of my old weight watchers books, info, trackers and weigh-in sheets.  I just TOSSED THEM OUT with the old... Things I love so far...
  • the calculator is fun and an interesting new tool to use in figuring out points... I like it so far.  I also love that I can use it to keep track of how many points I've used so far today, and for the whole week.  It is like a mini-tracker on the go, which i believe will come in handy.
  • the tracker!  I love being able to not only write in my goals for the week, but what obstacles I may face and how I plan to overcome them.  Also, my plan for exercise for the week... this allows (forces) me to look ahead at my week and decide what I can manage to do, realistically, with regard to activity.
  • I love the IDEA of free fruit... i hope i take them up on it.  I had two servings of fruit today (!!), 1/2 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries.  It's a start.
Goals recap:
  1. lose weight - will find out at end of week
  2. eat at least 1 serving of fruit - had 2!
  3. drink 5 glasses of water - done!
  4. drink 1 glass of milk per day - done!
  5. activity points at least 3 days - 0/3 so far
All points gone for the day.
47/49 weekly points remaining.
